First Time Crawler!!

Here a quick sketchy pic of my daughter,Chloe. To celebrate her first cruise across the livingroom. This is one of her favorite moves... Push ups on her tip-toes.. It's how she warms up before she takes off..

Chloe..

Here are a couple sketches of my beautiful daughter Chloe.. She had her first big crawl forward across the floor last night.. She's been crawling backwards for a while now though.. And her first sit up straight from a crawling position.. It was strange.. one moment she was in the middle of the living room.. And then next thing we know.. She's at the other side of the room ready to jam the cat's brush in her mouth.. Before we know it she'll be walking and into everything...

I Did some drawings of Geremy.. He sits next to me and usualy gets many flash pics drawn of him as I wait for things to render and such... He likes the middle one.. above the colored one..

Ugly men...

For some reason all I could pull off last nigth was badly drawn ugly men. Oh well... I guess that's better than nothing.. Although some may disagree.. ;).....Man..... I need to draw more....

Mario!!

I was inspired by Lambey's icon to do a Mario drawing... Too bad it looks like ass.. Sorry Lambey.. I'll try harder next time..

Go Duker Raccoon Go!!!

Duker loves when I draw pictures of him as animals.. ;) He's all about the furries.. I'm hoping that if I keep posting bad drawings of him it'll force him to start his own blog and post some of the nasty drawings he's done of me..;)

Well.. This is bound to happen.. trying to post a drawing everyday will eventually lead you to posting crap..... Well.. Here's sunday's crap.. I have no idea what these are.. other than bad drawings done right before i fell asleep..

Soo.. Posting a drawing every day would be much easier if I had a working scanner... But hey.. Better late then never... I guess.. On Saturday I went out drawing with Geremy and Jeremy.... Here's a sketch of Jeremy I did...... Confused yet??? I am..

More Gorillas...

Spent some more time last night sketching gorillas.. Found a website that had a crap load of pics of different animals with their mouths open. Yawning and screaming and such.. it was neat.. But it became quickly aparent that I have no idea how to describe the inner workings of a great gaping maw... As you can see in the drawings.. But I need the practice... And it'll only get better.... right????

Well... I didn't get much time to draw today.. But I did do some sketches last night.. I found some nice gorilla pics online.. This was a result of that.. Man.. I need to practice.... I think some anatomy studies will be needed tonight..

Duker..

Hey.. Here are some quick drawings of a friend of mine named Sebastian Duclos. He's a great character designer / animator... I haven't drawn him since he moved to toronto a few months ago and just got the itch to draw him today.. The ones with the animal noses are based on a drawing I did of him as a bear... which really disturbed him... so I kept doing it ;).. See ya!!

Warm ups..

Ren happened to walk past me as I was doing my warm up drawings this morning... This is the result.. Not much of a drawing.. But it was only a few second doodle.. Check out His blog link in my links section..

What a busy day!

Whew! I spent most of today trying to learn a new piece of animation software called Harmony. And trying to test drive Flash 8 to see if it's worth the upgrade.. But I did manage to salvage a few seconds to do a drawing.. Not much of one though.. It's a sketch of the guy who sits next to me in the studio. Geremy.. I've been trying to get him to start his own blog as well... I mean come on... Look at how cute he is!! His blog would do awesome based on his looks alone ;). Hopefully I'll have time tomorrow to do a more worth while drawing.. But this will still keep me in the drawing a day contest I have going with a couple of my buddies... See ya!

Hey guys.. I have blog! And only a few weeks after my 6 month old daughter Chloe got her blog up and running.... Sigh.. Oh well.. Better late than never.. Daddy's slow...
